Second Year University Project for a 24-bedroom Care Home off Nelson Place, Bath, including designing for dementia care and elderly provisions. An eye opener in designing for a very specific client range, and dealing with accommodation of a 1000m2 building. Project also partnered with an environmental study on the building, analysing suitable ventilation, shading, and heating systems for the project for sustainable performance.
