First Year University Project to design a family house for a celebrity client - in my case, Vic Reeves. An opportunity as a year to learn and understand the fundamentals of masonry construction as a material. Inspired by the Dutch townhouse, I wanted to explore the potentials of large portions of glazing within heavy masonry to create an incredibly open and light home within solid material massing.
